Yin in the evening is a perfect way to ground the nervous system and prepare yourself for a restful evening and a better sleep. Yin yoga online allows you to take your practice into the comfort of your own home, roll out your mat, light some candles and bring any props that will make the class more comfortable for you.
WHAT IS YIN YOGA? Yin is a slow paced yoga style that does not require striving you are simply arriving. Unlike Yang yoga classes that builds muscle and strength, yin is simply releasing, letting go and a focus on listening to the body. In a yin class we practise poses that are held up to one-five minutes.
Benefits of Yin yoga: reduces stress, balances the nervous system, targets connective tissue, increases circulation, balances internal organs and improves flow of prana (life force energy)
